The 2009 Labor Day Ultimate Championships will again be run by two recently graduated UCSC Slugs:

Nathan "Franklin" Frank
After three strong years on the Slug A-team and Club stints with Bay Area Contra and the Santa Cruz Scumbags, Nathan brings his own unique brand of determination and positive attitude to the plate as a returning LDUC TD . In addition to facilitating sponsorship, venue hosting, and website updates, he will be the on site TD during the actual tournament and promises to work hard to make LDUC 2009 a stress free and fun event for all. Danny "S.S. Karl" Karlinsky
DLK has been on the Ultimate scene for several years, playing and captaining Slug A Ultimate for 5 years and Bay Area Revolver for 2. Danny joins his new team, the Seattle Voodoo on the field at Labor Day as a third year LDUC TD. Responsible for team bids, schedules, and budgeting Danny bring years of knowledge and experience to the table and is always eager to do whatever possible to ensure a good time is had by all.
